Terms and Conditions

1. Competition closes on 28 February 2010.
2. Participants must be citizens of South Africa.
3. Employees of Holistix, their marketing agencies, business associates and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
4. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will be notified telephonically.
6. The winner of the competition acknowledges that his/her name and photo may be publicized.
7. The prize is your share of R10 000 and not transferable. ( 1 x winner of R5000 and 5 x winners of R1000 each )
8. Winners will be announced on 31st March 2010, at a morning function with each of the 6 finalists present.
9. All SMS are charged at R2.
10. Bill Payers’ permission is required when using this service.
11. SMS costs are VAT inclusive.
12. Free minutes and SMS do not apply.
13. Incorrect entries are billed.
14. By entering this competition, participants accept and agree to abide by the rules, terms and conditions that apply.
15. The Promoter has the right to enter names of all the participants into a corporate database which will entitle The Promoter to communicate any of its information/promotions to such participants unless the participant notifies The Promoter otherwise.
