Apple Topping
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/4 cup raisin
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 scoops nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Melt butter in a small nonstick pan.
Add apple slices and raisins and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon; stir until the sugar melts. Serve over scoops of nonfat frozen yogurt, pancakes or waffles.
