Marie-Claire’s sensational avo dip
1 tub low fat plain cottage cheese
1 cup low fat mayonnaise
½ onion grated
¼ cup grated gherkin
2 mashed avocado pears
1 tin drained chopped mussels
Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl mix the low fat cottage cheese and low fat mayonnaise together.Then add all the remaining ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
